Are you having trouble getting your Smart Bulb Connected to the Peace by Hampton app? If so, here are some troubleshooting tips to try.
- Make sure the WiFi signal you are trying to connect the bulb to is 2.4 GHz, the bulbs are not able to connect to 5.0 GHz WiFi signal.
- Make sure the bulb is blinking rapidly before selecting your WiFi during the setup process.
- Move the bulb to a light fixture or lamp that is closer to your router while going through the setup process. (You can always move the bulb to a different light fixture or lamp once you have connected it to the Peace by Hampton app.)
- If you have followed the 'PBH Smart Bulb Instructions' and feel you have done everything correctly try setting up the bulb using AP Mode. Click here for instruction on how to set up the bulb using AP Mode.
